About the OSAKA GENKi PARK Festival app.
- After purchasing your ticket, please install the OSAKA GENKi PARK app.
- The app will provide you with useful information leading up to the performance, and on the day of the performance, information and the latest information from within the park will be delivered in real time to your smartphone.
- The online questionnaire required for admission will also be submitted through this app, so please make sure that all attendees, not just those who have purchased tickets, install it in advance.
Infection prevention measures within the park .
- The live performance area seating is divided into a front block and a free area.
(Some areas are free areas only.) - To prevent overcrowding, entry for the front block will be by lottery via the app.
- In the audience area, both in the front block and free area, please use the picnic sheets distributed upon entry to maintain distance between customers.
- Sanitary facilities such as disinfectant alcohol will be installed in various places within the venue.
- We will set up stores in the park selling infection prevention goods such as masks and disinfectant wipes, as well as hygiene products.
- We ask for your cooperation in avoiding crowding and maintaining an appropriate distance from other customers.
- AIRPAY is available for food, drink, and merchandise sales. No cash required, major credit cards, transportation cards, and cashless payments can be used.
- We will also be selling VISA prepaid cards that can be used on the day. There are three types: 1000 yen, 2000 yen, and 3000 yen. If you don’t use up all the cards on the day, you can use them at convenience stores, etc.
- Cash is also accepted.
Infection prevention measures taken by OSAKA GENKi PARK staff .
- During the performance period, all OSAKA GENKi PARK staff will thoroughly maintain their health, taking their temperature and undergoing a medical interview every morning before starting work, and will be fully prepared to welcome customers.
- Staff who have a fever or are feeling unwell will not be allowed to work.
- We are constantly cleaning and disinfecting areas that are likely to be touched within the venue.
- All staff will wear masks (face guards and gloves depending on the job).
- If necessary, we will contact public institutions such as public health centers and take prompt measures to ensure safety.
